1 TON BULK BAGS
A flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) or bulk bag, or big bag, is an industrial container bag made of flexible fabric that is designed for storing and transporting dry, flowable products, such as wood pellets. FIBCs are made of thick woven polyethylene or polypropylene, either coated or uncoated, and normally measure around 110 cm or 45-48 inches in diameter and varies in height from 100 cm up to 200 cm or 35 to 80 inches. Transporting and loading is done on either pallets or by lifting it from the loops. Bags are made with either one, two or four lifting loops. These bags contain a standard of 625 kg of wood pellets each, this may vary depending on manufacturer, currently we supply these at the mentioned weight of 625 kg each. When shipping internationally, the bulk bags are containerized in 40ft HC Containers, each container carrying a maximum of 25 Tons which equates 40 bulk bags per container. |

SMALL BAGS
The second option we have on offer is to package your wood pellets in smaller bags, usually for the retail market.
Smaller bags are mostly made out of clear-plastic and may weigh between 15-20 kg each depending on our customer's preference.
Naturally packaging cost additional money and would increase the "per ton" price slightly compared to the bulk bag option.

BRANDING & CUSTOMIZATION
We also offer the option to our customers to brand and customize the small bags with their logos and company information. Naturally there would be a slight additional cost involved to get this done, however the benefits hereof are evident. Branding causes enhanced exposure of your company, but also instill your company's brand as a trusted and reliable supplier in the market, thereby increasing your overall market share.
